Textiles Gaskets

We manufacture flexible fabric connectors and also compensators for most applications, including the cement building and insulation industries. Both lightweight and flexible, supplied either with cuffed or flanged ends. Additionally, we are able to supply all of the above with reinforcement rods, wire mesh inserts or aluminium backed for greater insulation.

Our range of products also includes stitched fabric bellow and gaiters, as well as compensators, all of which are designed to withstand high temperatures and resist chemicals. These products are available in silicone, viton, hypalon, and butyl-coated fabrics. We typically sew them with Kevlar or PTFE glass fibre thread. For higher-temperature applications, we also use stainless steel thread. With our durable and resilient products, you can be confident in their ability to perform under extreme conditions.

Bellows can be supplied in one piece or in split and resealable forms using a zip Velcro or press studs. In addition, temperature range is normally -60 degrees c to 250˚C, but also we use Silica products that can increase that range up to 800˚C.
